1:1 Somatic Intensive with TeresaÂ
A half-day 1:1 space to slow things down so your nervous system can shift in a way that isn’t possible in a 60-minute session.
This is for you if you want more than a single session can usually hold: more time to arrive, more space to understand your patterns, more room for your body to settle and more continuity to work with what shows up.
Â
Hey nervous system, we need to talk...
A half-day, 1:1 space to slow things down so your nervous system can shift in a way that isn’t possible in a 60-minute session.
In this work, we focus on what is happening in your body in the present moment: how your system responds to stress, how it holds tension and how it moves between activation and settling. Rather than analyzing your experiences or pushing for change, we work with somatic principles to support regulation, awareness and nervous system resilience.
Your nervous system has a natural capacity to settle and reorganize when given the right conditions. Through careful pacing, attuned guidance and co-regulation, we create a space where your system can begin to feel safer, more supported and more connected.
Â
Why this format
This work takes time. Not because we need to do more but because your nervous system needs space to:
- arrive
- settle
- show what is actually happening
- and respond in its own rhythm
This half-day format allows us to stay with that process without rushing, without interrupting and with space for integration throughout.Â
There is growing research across different therapeutic approaches suggesting that more continuous formats, such as intensives, can support deeper engagement and allow processes to unfold more fully.

What this intensive is
A private half-day session grounded in nervous system regulation based on somatic principles. We move slowly and follow what feels manageable for your system. Instead of pushing into overwhelm, we work with the body’s natural rhythms of activation and settling. The session unfolds across several phases, with space for both guided work and integration.
Â
This intensive may include:
- tracking sensations and nervous system responses
- somatic practices based on my 3 pillar approach (movement, breathwork, fascia release)
- building internal and external resources
- working gently with stress, tension, activation or shutdown
- pendulation between activation and settling
- structured pauses for integration (including breaks)
Each session unfolds differently depending on what your system needs in the moment.
Â
Why this work matters
Many people have learned to cope by pushing through stress, disconnecting from their bodies or overriding signals of overwhelm.
This intensive creates the conditions for your nervous system to experience something different:
- It is possible to feel activation without becoming overwhelmed
- Your body can learn to settle again after stress
- Safety can be experienced gradually through regulated connection
With more time and continuity, these shifts can begin to land more deeply.
