Hey nervous system, we need to talk...

A private space to slow down and gently listen to what your nervous system is holding.

In these sessions, we work with somatic principles to support regulation, body awareness and nervous system resilience. Rather than analyzing your experiences or pushing for change, we focus on what is happening in your body in the present moment.

Your nervous system has a natural capacity to settle and reorganize when given the right conditions. Through careful pacing, attuned guidance, and co-regulation, we create a space where your system can begin to feel safer and more supported.

You don’t need to have the right words.
You don’t need to perform or explain everything.
You get to arrive exactly as you are.

 

What this session is

A package of 4 private online sessions grounded in nervous system regulation based on somatic principles.

We move slowly and follow what feels manageable for your system. Instead of pushing into overwhelm, we work with the body’s natural rhythms of activation and settling.

Sessions may include:

  • tracking sensations and nervous system responses

  • somatic practices based on my 3 pillar approach (movement, breathwork, fascia release)

  • building internal and external resources

  • working gently with stress or activation in the body

  • pendulation between activation and settling

  • supporting integration and regulation over time

Each session unfolds differently depending on what your system needs in the moment.

 

Why this work matters

Many people have learned to cope by pushing through stress, disconnecting from their bodies, or overriding signals of overwhelm.

My somatic sessions support your nervous system in learning something new:

  • It is possible to feel activation without becoming overwhelmed

  • Your body can learn to settle again after stress

  • Safety can be experienced gradually through regulated connection

Over time, this work can support greater stability, resilience and a deeper sense of connection with yourself.

Important session notes

  • These sessions are 60 minutes long 

  • The package is valid for 12 months and each session can be taken at your own pace. It´s suggested to take sessions 2-6 weeks apart (depening on your needs; can be discussed). 
  • Sessions take place live online via Zoom

  • You’re invited to move at your own pace and within your own boundaries

  • Choose a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted

  • Blankets, pillows, water or tea can help you feel more supported

 

Before your first session

After booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to book your desired date and time. Within the booking link there is a questionnaire to help me understand your intentions, current experience and any relevant health or safety considerations. For each session you´ll use the same link to book the session.
