Live Group Somatic Session
A guided co-regulation space with Teresa and shared community.Â
This is a live group somatic session where I guide you through trauma-informed nervous system regulation practices in real time.
What makes this session different from doing a routine on your own is co-regulation: your nervous system doesn’t just settle through technique, it settles through relational safety. Through my pacing and guidance, and through the quiet steadiness of practicing alongside other humans in the same space.
This is designed to be simple, grounded, and embodied. You don’t have to talk. You don’t have to share your story. You get to arrive exactly as you are.
What this session is
A live 90 minute online group container focused on nervous system regulation and somatic integration. I’ll guide the full session with a steady pace, clear cues, and enough space to let your system actually land.
This session could include somatic movements, breathing exercises and fascia release techniques, as well as sounds for a transformative response in the body and mind.Â
Why group co-regulation matters
Many of us learned to regulate alone: to stay functional, to keep it together, to push through. But nervous systems often re-pattern through safe connection. In a supportive group field, your body gets new information:

You’re always invited to move at your own pace and choose what feels safe
- Choose a private, quiet space where you won’t be interrupted. Bring blankets and pillows so you can get truly comfortable, have a warm drink or water nearby, and use headphones if you have them for a more immersive experience.
