MEET YOUR GUIDE
I’m Teresa, a trauma-centered somatic practitioner and somatic educator devoted to helping people rebuild safety where it was once lost. My work centers on nervous system regulation, polyvagal-informed movement, and body-based healing practices that are accessible, science-rooted, and trauma-sensitive.
Over the past years, I’ve guided thousands of people through somatic practices on YouTube, in 1:1 sessions, workshops, and online programs. My approach combines neuroscience, breathwork, brain retraining, fascia release and gentle somatic movement to help the body release protective patterns and learn new ones.
Echoes of Safety was created for those who want more than tools, for those who want a container. A place to practice consistently, to feel supported, and to learn regulation in real time with a practitioner who can read the room, respond to the group, and guide the process moment by moment.
In our sessions, I’m beside you, not above you. I respond to the group’s energy, the subtle shifts, the places where tension loosens or emotions rise. We move slowly enough for your system to feel supported and fast enough for you to feel momentum. You don’t have to push yourself; you get to be guided.
