Requirements for online sessions  

All you need is a good pair of head phones and a device with internet access to join the session through Zoom. Find a quiet and peaceful space where you can fully engage in the experience.

 

Requirements for in-person sessions  

Make sure you have a spacious room that can comfortably accommodate all participants. In case you don't have an appropriate space available, I can assist  in finding a suitable location.
